Thanks Spud! That was a rye saison with honey, lemon and pepper. Turned out well.
Welcome to the club! We're just getting things rolling but it's a cool bunch of brewers of various levels of experience with a passion for great beer. You'll fit right in! See ya Monday!

Hey Joe T long time no see!! I heard you were the VP here. I'll be seeing you more than once every 5-6 years. I tried some of your brew on Saturday, I think it was a Lemon Pepper? it was pretty tasty. I'll see you Monday.

Welcome to the club and to the forum... I think the idea of brewing software is a great topic for one of our trainings at the monthly meetings. I wont be at this months meeting but you can certainly bring it up there. I also may work on a section of this forum where we can maybe take a poll for training topics or at least just submit ideas for the meeting. Thanks Mike

Hi my name is Chris Kulig, I just joined the club. I've only been brewing for about a year. All the batches I've done so far have been extract with the exception of my last one which I tried BIAB. Looking forward to leaning about the all grain brewing route. I have all the gear I need for all grain, cooler for mash tun or I can stay the BIAB way. Also need some help navigating around Beersmith program as its all new to me.
Can't wait to learn some tips from you guys!!
