Unfortunately, when I attempted to fill some bottles last night for Monday's meeting, the keg of keg-hopped IPA kicked. I still have the fermenter-dry-hopped IPA but the sensory evaluation between the two was probably 75% of my presentation. I guess the holidays took more of a toll on my beer supply than I thought! Perhaps we can talk about how to get good hop flavor and aroma in your beer? Anybody else have a hoppy beer to bring for comparison?

Hey LCB,
Looks like I'll be able to make the January meeting and I have a training idea: dry hopping. I'd like to talk about different dry hopping techniques and I have a split batch of IPA to compare. One half is dry hopped traditionally in the fermenter and the other is dry hopped in the keg. Whatcha think?
